Visual Studio Code is now Open Source

In the 2015 Connect() (Visual Studio Code video session) was released Visual Studio Code step to Beta state for all platforms, also would be released with open source MIT license and will be available in GitHub.
The version VS Code v0.10.1 shows us new features, such as support for extensions and debugging enhancements as well as the VS Code features to integrate Git and go beyond syntax highlighting and autocompletion with IntelliSense.
In Gnu/Linux it went from being called VStudio to Code, it is curious that there has not been a previous program called code, which would mean that it is young Gnu/Linux.
